making crispy pan fried zucchini

If you’ve never tried zucchini before, pan-frying is a great way to start. It’s simple and brings out a fantastic flavor. The zucchini itself is mild, so the golden, crispy edges from frying with a bit of Parmesan and spices like paprika or garlic really make it pop.

It’s not just the taste—there’s something about the crunch when you bite into it, while the inside stays soft and slightly juicy. It’s easy to make and goes well with almost any meal, or just on its own as a tasty snack.
